Through my lens, I saw more than food being prepared—I saw passion, culture, and a love for sharing Peru’s soul on a plate. Photographing in the dimly lit kitchen was both a challenge and a thrill. The warm glow from the stovetops and the soft shadows in the corners created a dramatic contrast, highlighting the chefs’ focused expressions and the vibrant colors of the ingredients. Shooting from low angles captured the intensity of their movements, while close-ups revealed the intricate details of each dish coming to life.
